Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro, Mississippi, until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 28, 2022, for the construction of a County Road Re-Seal Project of approximately 58.74 Miles of County Roads in Districts Two, Three, & Four named A thru Y , also known as Engineer's Project No. WCBS-104-21. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud.

The Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents are on file and can be viewed and obtained online via the website of the County Engineer, Lawrence R. Clark, P.E. at www.clarkengineersprojects.com. By use of the website the plan holders shall have the option of obtaining hard copy of the Plans and Specifications and/or shall have the opportunity to submit an official bid online.

The anti-sniping effect will auto extend the reverse auction bid time any time a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes of the reverse auction and can auto extend the reverse auction multiple times until the bidding on the reverse auction ends.
