WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness

Point of Beginning, containing 9.83 acres, more or less. Land being 
subject to rights of ingress and egress along a gravel road that runs 
through said property and along an existing driveway, and being subject 
to existing utilities.

TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an 
administrative application with the State Oil and Gas Board of 
Mississippi requesting approval to convert its West Yellow Creek Field 
Unit Well No. 32 (the "Well") into an enhanced recovery injection 
well as part of pressure maintenance and/or secondary recovery 
operations. The surface location of the Well is 158 feet East of the 
West line and 660 feet North of the South line of the Southwest 
One-quarter of the Northeast One-quarter of Section 13, Township 9 
North, Range 8 West, Wayne County, Mississippi. The proposed injection 
zone in the said Well will be in selected intervals of the "Unitized 
Pool" that is part of the Eutaw Formation, including but not limited 
to intervals at a depth of 4,920 feet to 5,350 feet. Authority is 
sought to inject saltwater and carbon dioxide.

Tellus' said administrative permit application for the Well is on file 
at the Office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, located at 500 
Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available 
for public inspection during usual business hours. 

Any interested person(s) wishing to submit written comments to the 
Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding the administrative permit 
application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication
