TO: ALL BORN, KNOWN, ABSENT OR UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW OF KENNETH ANDREW MILLER, DECEASED, and any and all other persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the matter of Kenneth Andrew Miller, Deceased, all of whose street or post office addresses or whereabouts are unknown after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same.

You have been made a respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law filed in this cause by Lisa Miller, spouse of Kenneth Andrew Miller, Deceased, who departed this life on April 11, 2019, having a fixed place of residence in the Wayne County, Mississippi. Petitioner is seeking a judicial determination that Lisa Miller, spouse and Charity Miller, Daughter are the sole and only heirs at law of the Decedent, Kenneth Andrew Milleer.

You are summoned to appear and respond to the Petition filed in this action at 9 a.m. on the

day of December 16, 2021, before Chancellor Billie Graham in the Chancery Courtroom at the Wayne County Courthouse located at Waynesboro, Wayne County, Mississippi; and in case of your failure to appear and respond, a Decree will be entered for the things requested in the Petition.
