Born on Nov. 21, 1941 in Mobile, Ala., on Nov. 21, 1941 to Eugene
Sellers and Sarah West Sellers, as a young child she moved from Mobile
to Wayne County. A lifelong learner, one of Charlene's passions was
education. She graduated as Valedictorian from Beat Four High School.
She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and Penn State
University, where she received her degree in Education.

attending Penn State football games and tailgating before games.

Clay Feaster; a niece and her spouse, Morelea McElroy and Richard
Blaylock; three nephews and their respective spouse, Michael and Vivian
Harvinson, Roger Strong and Darren Strong; a great-nephew and his
spouse, John and Jesseca Blaylock; a great-niece and her spouse, Kathryn
and Daniel Legh-Page; her great-great-nephew, Brecklin Blaylock; her
great-great-nieces, Talyn Blaylock, Harland Blaylock, Madison Legh-Page,
Kinsley Legh-Page and Nina Harvinson; bonus great-great nieces Nicolette
Goudreau and Amberly Ford; and bonus great-great-nephew Liam Goudreau.
