Funeral services for Jerry Grant Revette, 79, of State Line, were
conducted on Monday, June 22, 206 from State Line United Methodist
Church in State Line, with Rev. Dr. Victor R. Chatham, Rev. Buddy Smith
and Joseph Hardman officiating.

Interment followed at Revette Cemetery in State Line.
Born in Wayne County on Sunday, Dec. 1, 1946 to the late Alfred Grant
Revette and Vongia Lee Revette, he was a member of State Line United
Methodist Church. He retired as Co-Owner and Operator of Western
Auto/True Value in State Line. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and
fishing.

He died on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at his residence.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Janie Bristow Revette of
State Line; his daughter and son-in-law, Brooke Revette and Joe Hardman
of Sumrall; his brother and sister-in-law, Larry Neil and Judy Revette
of Waynesboro; his sister, Deonna Revette Scarbrough of State Line; two
grandchildren, Hannah Jane Hardman and Trey Hardman, both of Sumrall;
and a host of nieces and nephews.
