WHEREAS, on August 30, 2011, MABLE N HUNDLEY A SINGLE PERSON executed a 
deed of trust for the benefit of ONEMAIN FINANCIAL, INC., which deed of 
trust was recorded on September 2, 2011, as Instrument No. 201103707, in 
the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi; Said 
Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to US Bank Trust 
Company National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely 
as owner trustee for GS MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2023-RPL2 by

WHEREAS, the holder of the deed of trust at the time of the substitution 
substituted McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP as Trustee, as authorized 
by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded April 23, 2026 and spread 
at large upon the records in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of the 
deed of trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared 
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of the deed of trust,

INJECTION WELL, LOCATED IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST, 
WAYNE, MISSISSIPPI, WEST YELLOW CREEK FIELD, WEST YELLOW CREEK FIELD 
UNIT
 PUBLIC NOTICE
To all owners, operators and persons interested in the West Yellow Creek 
Fieldwide Unit in Wayne County, Mississippi, and in the following 
described lands therein:
Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 8 West, Wayne County, Mississippi.
TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an 
administrative application with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board 
requesting authority to convert the West Yellow Creek Field Unit Well 
No. 30 (the "Well") to an enhanced recovery injection well. The 
location of the Well is located 2310 feet South of the North line and 
330 feet East of the West line of Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 8 
East, Wayne County, Mississippi. 
This well was plugged and abandoned in December 1982. Tellus re-entered 
this well and completed as an injection well in July 2018. Tellus then 
converted this well to a producer in December 2021. Tellus requests to 
re-permit the Well to an enhanced recovery injection well to inject 
carbon dioxide that is produced by the West Yellow Creek Field Fieldwide 
Unit. The proposed injection zone in the said Well will be in the 
selected intervals of the Eutaw Formation from 5,010 feet to 5,350 feet.
 Tellus' said administrative permit application for the Well is on 
file at the Office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, located 
at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202, where it 
is available for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested person(s) wishing to submit written comments to the 
Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding the administrative permit 
application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication 
of this Public Notice.
