HDPE Pipe for Natural Gas Main

Chickasawhay Natural Gas District
Quitman, Mississippi
The Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District will receive 
bids for the supply and delivery of 12" High Density PE 4710, Iron 
Pipe Size DR 11 for natural gas distribution service used in the 
construction of a Gas Main Relocation Project in Waynesboro, 
Mississippi. Proposals shall be accepted until no later than 5:00 p.m. 
Local Time, Wednesday, May 06, 2026, in the Board Room of Chickasawhay 
Natural Gas District Office located at 306 South Archusa Avenue, 
Quitman, Mississippi. All bids received will be publicly opened and 
read aloud. 
Material Requirements:
The PE pipe of the size indicated shall be manufactured in accordance 
with ASTM D2513 and meet the requirements of ASTM D3350 with a minimum 
cell classification of 445574C or better, as listed in PPI TR-4. Pipe 
shall be manufactured in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192 – 
Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline: minimum Federal 
Standards. Pipe shall include manufacturer identification and 
traceability markings in accordance with ASTM F2897. 
The above minimum material requirements listed does not in any way limit 
the responsibility of the supplier to furnish the requested materials 
required by the specifications referred to therein. 
The Material Specification and Proposal is on file and may be examined 
or purchased at the following locations: 
Bidders may not withdraw their Proposal for a period of thirty (30) days 
after the date of submission. 
Hard copy of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and 
deposited at the Office of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District, 306 South 
Archusa Avenue, Quitman, Mississippi prior to the hour and date above 
designated. Bidders choosing to submit electronically are required to 
contact the Engineer of Record, Lawrence R. Clark, P.E. at 
www.clarkengineersprojects.com for information regarding electronic 
bidding requirements.
