You have been made a Defendant in a Motion filed in this Court by Billy 
Ralph Gant seeking a determination of heirship of James C. Britton, Jr., 
deceased. The known heirs-at-law have joined in the Motion to Determine 
Heirship.
You are summoned to appear and defend the Motion filed against you in 
this action at 9:00 o'clock a.m.. on the 26th day of March 2026 in 
the courtroom of the Wayne County Courthouse, the City of Waynesboro,
