WHEREAS, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order dated February 4, 2025,
dismissing the Bankruptcy proceeding filed by Miranda Pippen, and by
Order dated May 23, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court denied the Debtor's
Motion to Reinstate Bankruptcy, therefore the automatic stay imposed by
11 USC § 362(a) was lifted so as to allow First State Bank to proceed
with it's rightful remedies available under the terms of said Deed of
Trust, including, but not limited to foreclosure of same, and
dismissing the Bankruptcy proceeding filed by Miranda Pippen, and by
Order dated May 23, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court denied the Debtor's

362(a) was lifted so as to allow First State Bank to proceed with it's
rightful remedies available under the terms of said Deed of Trust,
including, but not limited to foreclosure of same;
