Paper now offering mobile digital advertising program

January 27, 2026

From Staff Reports
The Wayne County News has launched a new program offering businesses and
organizations cost-effective mobile digital advertising options.
The program can target certain areas and/or demographics and place a
businesses ad on websites and other apps accessed through smart phones.
"Today, businesses or any and all sizes need to be able to reach their
customers and potential customers through their phones," Publisher Paul
Keane said. "People spend the most time on their phones now, and being
able to reach customers through their phones is vital for the growth of
any company.
"We have launched a new program offering advertising to be placed on
phones throughout the area, the state and even the country. We can place
an ad at the bottom of the screen, have ads that offer moving photos and
even ad programs that will fill the entire screen for a set period of
time."
Every ad also contains a link to the businesses website or social media,
an email address or phone number for prospective customers to contact
the business or a map to show a potential customer where the business is
located.
"There are various options available, and we can tailor make a program
for you to reach the numbers that you need to reach each month," Keane
said. "With our indoor digital billboard network, our weekly print
edition and our video offerings on our website, this is just another
step in meeting the needs of businesses in a cost-effective manner in
order to help grow their business and make their cash registers ring."
No-cost, no-obligation demonstrations can be prepared and custom made
for businesses and organizations. Costs vary based on the type of
campaign purchased and the number of impressions ordered each month.
