WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms 
and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 2, 2004, executed by JEROME 
D. COOLEY conveying certain real property therein described to DEBERA 
BRIDGES, as Trustee, for CITIFINANCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC., 
Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as 
same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne 
County, Mississippi filed and recorded June 2, 2004, in Deed Book 1118, 
Page 544-549; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred 
and assigned to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for 
BMCF-EG Gunyah Series II Trust; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the

The Well is currently being completed in the Lower Cretaceous Oil Pool. 
The acreage presently allocated to the Unit for the Well is as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the 
Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Wayne 
County, Mississippi; run easterly and parallel to the north line of said 
Section 31 a distance of 330 feet; thence run southerly and parallel 
with the west line of said Section 31, a distance of 1320 thence run 
easterly and parallel to the north line of said Section 31 a distance of 
330 feet; thence run southerly and parallel with the west line of said 
Section 31, a distance of 1320 feet; thence run westerly and parallel to 
the north line of said Section 3 1 and Section 36, Township 6 North, 
Range 8 West, Wayne County, Mississippi, a distance of 2592.25 feet; 
thence run northerly and parallel to the east line of said Section 36 
and Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 8 West, Wayne County, 
Mississippi, a distance of 2930,96 feet; thence run easterly and 
parallel to the south line of said Section 25, a distance of 1932.25 
feet, thence run southerly along the east section line of said Section 
25 a distance of 290.96 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above 
described unit is situated in Sections 25 and 36, Township 6 North, 
Range 8 West, and Section 31 , Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Wayne 
County, Mississippi, and contains 160.0 acres.
The proposed unit after reformation of the Well will be as follows:
SECTION 36, T6N-R8W
WAYNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
From the southeast corner of Section 36, T6N-R8W, Wayne County, 
Mississippi, go N 00º 06' 39" W along the east boundary of said Section 
36 for 1991.32 feet to the southeast corner of the within described 
tract and the point of beginning.
Thence from said point of beginning, go S 89º 43' 51" W for 3500.00 
feet; thence N 00º 06' 39" W for 1991.32 feet; thence N 89º 43' 51" E 
for 3500.00 feet; thence S 00º 06' 39" E for 1991.32 feet to the point 
of beginning.
Within described tract contains 160.00 Acres, situated in Section 36, 
T6N-R8W, Wayne County, Mississippi.
The Petition will be heard by the Board on January 21, 2026, at 9:00 
a.m. at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at 
which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2026, which is not 
later than seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the 
hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a 
waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition which 
may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board 
will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in 
accordance with the evidence presented.
