Garbage in county won't be picked up on Friday

Wayne County's Sanitation Department has announced that residents having garbage and trash picked up normally on Fridays will not have that service this week.

The Sanitation Department will be closed Friday for the Fourth of July holiday, with no routes being run. Services will resume on Monday for regular routes, with those having pick up missed this week on Friday having their service resume on Friday, July 11.
