and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2007, executed by 
MICHELLE COOLEY conveying certain real property therein described to 
DEBERA BRIDGES, as Trustee, for CITIFINANCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES, 
INC., Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein 
described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Wayne County, 
Mississippi, hereby advertises and gives notice as required by Sections 
27-105-305 and 37-7-333 of the Mississippi code Annotated (1972, as 
amended), to all banks in Wayne County that the Board of Education of 
Wayne County will receive sealed bids or proposals to be filed with the 
Superintendent of Education by 10:00 A. M., Thursday, April 17, 2025, 
for the privilege of keeping on deposit Wayne County School funds for a 
three (3) year period, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.  
The successful bidder will be awarded the contract as School Depository.
 
Bids are to be accompanied by a list of securities proposed to be given 
as security therefore and must comply with Section 27-105-315, 
Mississippi Code Annotated (1972, as amended), and shall state the rate 
of interest to be paid by the Bank during the contract period for all 
school funds on deposit, and the schedule of fees (if any) to be charged 
for returned checks. 
 
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  
The Board further reserves the right to select one or more banks to 
serve as depositories for the contract period.

 Invitation to Bid
For Surplus Vehicles & Equipment
The City of Waynesboro, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on one (1) 
police vehicle, one (1) Fire Department vehicle and two (2) public works 
vehicles that have been declared surplus. Additionally, public works 
will be selling a street sweeper, New Holland Tractor T6050, wood 
chipper, a Cummins generator and a CAT 420D backhoe. The fire 
department will also sell a 30 KW military surplus generator on a 
trailer. Proposals will be received at Waynesboro City Hall, City 
Clerk's Office, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi until 10:00 
a.m., C.S.T. on Monday, April 28, 2025, at which time all bids will be 
publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the Bids must

All Bids shall give the amount of each bid for the vehicle(s) or 
equipment to be purchased and must be signed by the Bidder. Each Bid

Equipment". If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope containing the 
Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified. The 
City may consider as irregular any Bid not prepared and submitted in 
accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or 
reject any and all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above

A Bid shall be deemed as having been awarded when formal notice of award 
shall have been announced by the City to the Bidder. The Bidder to whom 
the vehicle & equipment shall have been awarded will be required to 
execute a Bill of Sale furnished by the City. In case of the Bidder's 
refusal or failure to do so within ten (10) days after its receipt of 
formal notice of award, Bidder will be considered to have abandoned all 
rights and interests in the award and the vehicle readvertised for Bids 
as the City may elect.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
INITIAL HEARING
The Town of State Line, Mississippi, is considering applying to the 
Mississippi Development Authority for a Small Cities Community 
Development Block Grant-Public Facilities for Infrastructure 
Improvements.
The State of Mississippi has been allocated approximately $24,335,266 
that will be made available to cities, town and counties on a 
competitive basis to undertake eligible community development 
activities. These funds must be used to benefit low- and moderate-income 
persons. 
The activities for which these funds may be used are in the areas of 
public facilities and economic development. More specific details 
regarding eligible activities, program requirements and the rating 
system will be provided at a public hearing which will be held at State 
Line Town Hall, located at 229 Main Street, on Tuesday, April 29th at 
5:00 pm. The purpose of this hearing will be to obtain citizen input 
into the development of the application. 
The location for this hearing is accessible to persons with 
disabilities. If a translator is needed for non-English speaking 
persons, please contact Penny Lucas (601) 848-7755 at least three (3) 
days prior to the meeting in an effort to accommodate this request. The 
Town of State Line does not discriminate on the basis of disability in 
the admissions or access to or treatment of employment in its programs 
or activities. 
All comments are welcome and must be submitted in writing. For those 
unable to attend this meeting, written comments will be considered until 
the close of business on Friday, April 25, 2025. Written comments should
