County Garbage Pickup Holiday Schedule

Wayne County's Sanitation Department will operate its rural curbside waste collection routes as normal on Tuesday, Dec. 24.

There will be no curbside garbage pickup on Wednesday, Dec. 25, and those customers will have their trash collected on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.

There will be no service interruptions related to the New Year's holiday observance as all routes will run as normal that week.
