Born in Waynesboro on Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1937 to the late Doug and Mary
Walker, she was a member of Waynesboro Presbyterian Church. She retired
as a Teacher and Principal for the Wayne County School District.

She died on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024 at her residence in Waynesboro.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Craig W. and Pat Ezell
of Ellisville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Patricia A. and Ronnie
Lawson and Sharon K. Ezell, all of Waynesboro; four grandchildren and
their respective spouses, Caroline and John Davis West, Ty and Courtney
Lawson, Caitlyn Lawson and William and Rebecca Ezell; and five
great-grandchildren, Allie Lawson, Brayden Lawson, Lowen Lawson, Sam
West and Anna Grace Ezell.

Born on Oct. 22, 1930, her love language was cooking for friends and
neighbors. Later in life, she actually won first place in a cooking
competition. She loved traveling the United States in her RV, meeting
new friends and enjoying new adventures.

After her stroke in 2016, she resided at Brookwood Villa. Although
everyone will miss her, they take joy in knowing she lived her life to

a Floor Hand and Crane Operator in the oil field industry.
