WHEREAS, on June 30, 2017, Marshall Randall Doherty and wife, Monica N.

Doherty, executed a Land Deed of Trust to John R. Gunn, Trustee for the

benefit of First State Bank, which Deed of Trust was recorded July 7,

2017, in the Land Deed of Trust Records as Instrument 201702177in the

Chancery Clerk's Office of Wayne County, Mississippi,

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness

secured by said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of the note secured

by said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to sell said

property for the purpose of satisfying the indebtedness and cost of

sale.

of Beginning; thence run Southeasterly along the said public road for a

distance of 210.0 feet; thence at right angle run in a Westerly

Beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less.

feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin situated on the West right-of-way line of

River Road; thence run South 11 degrees 48 minutes 48 seconds East along

said right-of-way for 83.0 feet; thence South 18 degrees 38 minutes 57

seconds East along said right-of-way for 63.0 feet; thence South 24

degrees 23 minutes 19 seconds East along said right-of-way for 50.2

feet; thence run South 25 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East along said

right-of-way for 286.03 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin; thence run South 85

degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West along the North line of the Randy

Doherty property for 203.88 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence run

South 89 degrees 23 minutes 03 seconds West along a fence for 876.55

feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 10.37 acres, together with

all improvements situated thereon and appurtenances appertaining

thereto, LESS AND EXCEPT all oil wells, storage tanks, treaters and any

and all equipment pertaining to the discovery and production of oil, gas

and other minerals.

together with all and singular the improvements situated thereon and

hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Title to said property is presumed to be good but I will convey only

such title as is vested in me as Trustee.

The aforesaid property will be sold and conveyed without covenants of

representation or warranty, and subject to taxes, if any, which may be

and career assessment tool for its Accelerate MS Career Coach Program

that is funded by Accelerate MS through the American Rescue Plan Act of

The Southern Mississippi Planning & Development District (SMPDD), as the

fiscal agent for the Twin Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA),

is advertising for sealed proposals for payroll services for its High

School Paid Internship Program that may be funded by American Rescue

Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability,

Tourist Opportunities, and Revival Economies of the Gulf Coast States

(RESTORE) Act of 2012, the State of Mississippi General Fund, other

State funds, and/or federal funds. Eligible vendors must be able to: pay

assigned employees' wages, withhold and transmit payroll taxes,

provide unemployment insurance, workers compensation benefits, and all

required federal wage and hour financial obligations. The proposed

services will be provided to interested students (which may be as young

as 16 years old) who are referred by SMPDD High School Career Coaches.

Wayne County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to utilize

"anti-sniping" for reverse auctions. Anti-sniping is a tool that

automatically extends the bid time for a reverse auction by five (5)

minutes if a vendor places a bid in the final five (5) minutes of the

reverse auction. The anti-sniping effect will auto extend the reverse

auction bid time any time a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes

of the reverse auction and can auto extend the reverse auction multiple

times until the bidding on the reverse auction ends.
