WHEREAS, on June 25, 2018, Teresa M Busby, a married woman and Jeffrey

Busby executed a certain deed of trust to S Joel Johnson, Attorney at

Law, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration

Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Central Sunbelt Federal

Credit Union, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of

record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of

Mississippi in Instrument No. 201801974; and

WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by

instrument dated July 24, 2023 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery

probate and registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from

the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
