WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 2014, Donnis R. Bishop and Nancy S.
Bishop executed a Deed of Trust to Robert J. Barnes, Trustee for the
benefit of PriorityOne Bank, said Deed of Trust is recorded as
Instrument No. 201402600 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne
County, Mississippi. This Deed of Trust was a renewal and extension of
a prior Deed of Trust recorded in Book 1108 at Page 25;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid PriorityOne Bank, the holder of said Deed of
Trust and the promissory note secured thereby, substituted Derek A.
Henderson as Trustee therein as authorized by the terms thereof, by
instrument dated February 3, 2020 and recorded on February 10, 2020, in
the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi, as

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared

Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder

Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and request that
the Board grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28.2
a of the Statewide Rules and Regulation for the, Brandon 27-2 No.1,
Evans # 1, Hudson #1, Dyess #1, Jarrett # 1 Jarrett No. 2, Player # 2
and Stagg #1 wells located in the N. Cypress Creek Field of Wayne
County, Mississippi and for other relief as set forth in the Petition.
The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the Office of
the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.
