Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City

of Waynesboro, Mississippi will receive sealed bids until 10:00

o'clock a.m. Friday, December 29, 2023 from all banks of Wayne County

for the privilege of keeping on deposit all funds or any part thereof of

said city for the calendar years 2024 and 2025. 105% security must be

pledged to secure theses funds as required by law (Sec 27-105-315 Miss

Code of 1972).

All bids must be marked "Bid for City Bank Depository" on outside of

envelope.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The Board
