WHEREAS, the occupants listed below entered into a rental agreement with

3C Rentals, LLC, for self-storage at the facility at 406 Court St.,

Waynesboro, MS, and the occupants listed below are default in payment of

the sums due under said agreement.

AND WHEREAS, the occupants listed below have been notified by mail to

the last known address of the occupant, of the occupant's default and

the claims of the undersigned; and more than 14 days have now expired

since notice by mail was postmarked.

AND WHEREAS, TRACY COLEMAN -- Unit #B2 have remained in default.

AND WHEREAS, 3C Rentals LLC, claims a lien on the contents of said

units, all as provided by Sections 85-7-121 through 85-7-129 of the

MISSISSIPPI CODE of 1972: and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of all the same, said occupant and the

be sold to the highest bidder at a public lien sale to be held on

or guarantee of any will attach to the property sold from the

undersigned for any purpose.

WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 2011, Mary J. Dunn, executed a Deed of

Trust in favor of George T. Dickerson, Trustee, for the benefit of Great

Southern National Bank now known as Great Southern Bank, which Deed of

Trust was filed of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne

County, State of Mississippi, as Instrument No.201102998; and

WHEREAS, the said Great Southern Bank has heretofore substituted R.

Kasey Wells as trustee in place of and in lieu of George T. Dickerson by

in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR CONSULTANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The Rail Authority of East Mississippi (RAEM) requests Statement of

Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals to provide

professional consultant engineering services for work related to the

planning, engineering and environmental work for a project with funding

from a Mississippi Department of Transportation Multi-Modal grant and

other sources.

You are invited to submit the SOQ, in accordance with this Request for

Qualifications to RAEM, at 610 Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367 no

later than 3 p.m., on Friday, November 10, 2023. The Consultant Engineer

will be responsible for performing all planning engineering and

environmental services through project closeout in accordance with

federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1)

Plan, gather data and prepare environmental documents under the NEPA to

the satisfaction of the RAEM and its affiliated supporting partners; 2)

Identify and perform right-of-way negotiations, as directed; 3) Prepare

preliminary cost estimates and preliminary engineering reports; and 4)

Prepare plans and specifications.

RAEM is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and encourages Minority-Owned

Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs)

to submit a SOQ.

All SOQs must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked with the

following language: "Statement of Qualifications for Consultant

Professional Services." Each SOQ will be evaluated on the following

factors: Qualifications (30 points); Experience and Knowledge of Project

(50 points); and Capacity for Performance (20 points).

To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail: 1)

Qualifications -- list of qualifications of person to be assigned to

the project; 2) Experience -- information regarding the firm's

experience and the projects previously undertaken, including the type

and amount of grants awarded, the projects' activities and the status

of projects; and 3) Capacity for Performance -- identify the number of

people and title of staff assigned to provide services.

RAEM will evaluate each SOQ and reserves the right to reject any or all

SOQs. RAEM will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm

whose SOQ has the highest number of cumulative points issued by the

selection committee and determined to be the most advantageous to RAEM

and other factors considered.

and on the soliciting agency's website.
