WHEREAS, on December 23, 2019, KANDICE LAMPLEY and KSHON McDOUGLE,

executed a Deed of Trust to COOPER M. LEGGETT, Trustee, for the benefit

of JACQUELYN C. PARNELL, ANITA MICHELLE PARNELL and CYNTHIA PARNELL

McDONALD, which Deed of Trust was recorded on December 23, 2019, in the

office of Chancery Clerk, Wayne County, Mississippi, and identified as

Instrument Number 201904168; and

WHEREAS, Jacquelyn C. Parnell died on December 25, 2022 leaving as her

sole heirs at law her daughters, Anita Michelle Parnell and Cynthia

Parnell McDonald; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions

and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been

requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described

by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that I, COOPER M.

LEGGETT, Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said

Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and

outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours

(between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m.) at the

South front door of the County Courthouse of Wayne County, Mississippi,

on the 19th day of October, 2023, the following described land and

property being the same land and property described in said Deed of

Trust, situated in Wayne County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:

Commencing at a point situated 210.0 feet West of the Southeast corner

of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 7 West, in Wayne County,

Mississippi, and run thence West for 311.0 feet; thence run North for

210.0 feet; thence run East for 311.0 feet; thence run South for 210.0

feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.5 acres, more or less, LESS

AND EXCEPT, a 0.17 acre parcel conveyed to the Mississippi

Transportation Commission in that certain Warranty Deed, dated August

29, 1995, which was filed for record on September 26, 1995, in the

office of Chancery Clerk, Wayne County, Mississippi, in Land Deed Book

866, at pages 312-314,

ALSO, all rights of ingress and egress of a perpetual right-of-way and

easement contained in that certain Warranty Deed, dated July 8, 1985,

which was filed for record on July 8, 1985, in the office of Chancery

Clerk, Wayne County, Mississippi, in Land Deed Book 633, at pages

287-288,

Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will

convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.

County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that New Horizon Resources, LLC has

filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under

Docket No. 441-2023-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the

inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Ernest Pace et al No. 1 Well

(API# 2315300568) and the Pace-Johnston Unit No. 1 Well (API #

2315300240) both located in West Eucutta Field, Wayne County,

Mississippi.

The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th

day of November, 2023, at 500 Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson,

Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest

said matter.
