Production, Inc., Plaintiff, seeking appointment of a receiver of an
undivided mineral interest claimed to be owned by you.
You are summoned to appear before the Chancery Court of Wayne County,
Mississippi at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 2023, in
the Courtroom of the Wayne County Chancery Court located at the Wayne
County Courthouse, 609 Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367, to defend the
suit of MJD Production, Inc. praying for the appointment of a receiver
of an undivided mineral interest claimed to be owned by you in and under
all or a portion of the following lands situated in Wayne County,
Mississippi, to-wit:

WHEREAS, on December 23, 2019, KANDICE LAMPLEY and KSHON McDOUGLE,
executed a Deed of Trust to COOPER M. LEGGETT, Trustee, for the benefit
of JACQUELYN C. PARNELL, ANITA MICHELLE PARNELL and CYNTHIA PARNELL
McDONALD, which Deed of Trust was recorded on December 23, 2019, in the

WHEREAS, Jacquelyn C. Parnell died on December 25, 2022 leaving as her
sole heirs at law her daughters, Anita Michelle Parnell and Cynthia

WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions
and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been
requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described
by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that I, COOPER M.
LEGGETT, Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said
Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and
outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours
