Phillip Brewer's name left off sample ballots

In Thursday's Voter's Guide, the name of Phillip Brewer was inadvertently left off the Republican primary ballot for Coroner. He is running for Coroner in the Republican primary and, if he wins that race on Tuesday, will advance to the Nov. 7 general election.

This was an omission on our part and was a result of human error. This was not done intentionally and we are posting this notice at this time to rectify the situation. It is never our intention to leave anyone off a sample ballot as we want our readers to be fully informed heading into any election.

We regret this omission and error and hope this notice helps clarify and correct the issue. We strive to be as accurate as possible and are more than willing to correct any errors or omissions.
