TO ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST, SOUTH WOLF CREEK FIELD, WAYNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

Please take notice that the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi, at its regular meeting to be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, will hear the Petition of Alpine Gas Operator, LLC to extend the inactive well status for a period of not less than one year for the Daniel L. Brenner No. 1 Well in Section 26, Township 10 North, Range 8 West, South Wolf Creek Field, Wayne County, Mississippi.

A copy of the Petition is on file at the offices of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.

If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's Attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.

You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning the Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner, and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
