RAMP AND PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
Sealed bids for contract for Ramp Expansion will be received by The City
of Waynesboro in the City Clerk's Office, until 10:00 A.M. Local
Time on the 6th day of April, 2023 (the "Bid Deadline"), at
which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held March 28, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the
Airport Board Room. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and
have a Certificate of Responsibility when appropriate.

deposit of $100.00, non-refundable. All plan holders are required to
have a valid email address for registration. Electronic bids can be

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of
Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,

construction of a Parking Addition and Improvement Project located at
the "Old Sunbeam Facility" on Russell Drive in the Wayne County

The Plans and Contract documents are on file and can be viewed and

Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best
qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid
and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
Total Contract Time as Advertised: 100 Working Days
The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will
affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this
advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not
be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national
origin in consideration for an award.
Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable
to Wayne County must accompany each proposal.
