TAKE NOTICE THAT Denbury Onshore, LLC, as unit operator, has filed a

Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above

docket requesting implementation of the Plan of Unitization for the

Eucutta Paluxy Field Unit in the Eucutta Field, Wayne County,

Mississippi, consisting of the above described lands because it has

secured the necessary statutory percentage of both working and royalty

interest within the Unit in order to effectively carry on repressuring,

pressure maintenance, secondary and tertiary recovery, cycling

operations, water flooding operations, the injection of extraneous

substances including CO2, or any combination thereof, calculated

substantially to increase the ultimate recovery of oil and associated

gas from the Unit as formed with unit operations to commence at 7:00

a.m. on May 1, 2023. The implementation of said Unit is requested

pursuant to the fieldwide unit provisions of the Conservation Law of the

State of Mississippi, being SS 53-3-107, et seq., of the Mississippi

Code of 1972, as amended.

The Petition in this matter is on file and of record in the office of

the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.

The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m., on the

19th day of April, 2023, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson,

Mississippi at which time and place you may appear and contest said

matter.

If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must

notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention

in writing by not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 11th

day of April, 2023, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above

for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner

shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.

You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition

which may differ from the relief requested by the petitioner and the

Board will enter such order or orders, as in its judgment may be

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of

Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,

Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023, for the

construction of a Parking Addition and Improvement Project located at

the "Old Sunbeam Facility" on Russell Drive in the Wayne County

Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best

qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid

and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.

Total Contract Time as Advertised: 100 Working Days

The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will

affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this

advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full

opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not

be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national

origin in consideration for an award.

Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable

to Wayne County must accompany each proposal.

Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter

qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is

tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will

not be considered in making the award.
