SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on January 28, 2022, Bobby Ray Jeter and Nancy Jeter, husband
and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Denise McLaurin, Trustee
for the benefit of Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage which deed of
trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County,
State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 202200279; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by
instrument dated January 11, 2023 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's Office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage, the legal holder of said
indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to
execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the

City Grass Cutting Service 2023
The City of Waynesboro will be accepting sealed bids on grass cutting
services for the following site locations:
City Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, Fagan Park and old Armory
Waynesboro/Wayne County Library and Police Officer's Memorial
Station Street, Cell Tower Lot, Rhinehart Square and Wayne County 911
Operations
Center
Ditching: Pou Street to Lift Station (North side of Azalea Dr.), Lomax
to Shady Pine
Street (East side of Lomax), South side of Azalea Drive from Waynesboro
Middle School Drive west to Lomax Drive, North side of Shady Pine Street
to wood line east to Great Southern National Bank drive. Ditch between
Shady Pine and Wayne Streets, ditch east of Wayne Street and north of
Mississippi Drive. Ditch running south along Spring Street from South
Street to ditch end across from Parker's Seafood. Ditch and grounds

The above referenced site locations, project numbers 101 through 106,
shall be bid separately, with each number representing a separate bid.
The bids will be awarded or rejected on a per-site location and thus
bidders may be awarded separate site locations. General lawn services
shall be provided at each location to include the following: trash and
debris pick up, cutting grass, hedge trimming, weed-eating, edging of
curbs and sidewalks, blowing off lots and sidewalks. The lawn services
provided will cover the period from March 11, 2023 to October 31, 2023.
No sub-contracting of lawn services shall be permitted. There will be a
pre-bid conference on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 9:00 am, to be held
at Waynesboro City Hall in the board room. Bid packets will be handed
out at the meeting and a tour of the facilities will be provided
immediately afterwards, if necessary.
Bids will be received at the Waynesboro City Hall, City Clerk's
Office, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi, until 10:00 am C.S.T.
on Monday, March 6, 2023 at which time all bids will be publicly opened
in the city board room and read aloud. The envelopes containing the
bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk, City of Waynesboro,
714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367. The front of the
sealed envelope should contain the bidder's name, address, phone
number and primary contact as well as state "Grass Cutting Bids" on
the front of the envelope. The sealed envelope should include:
The bid submission form requested to be considered.
A copy of the general liability insurance policy declarations page
showing $1,000,000.00 in coverage or
Submit sufficient proof demonstrating the bidder's ability to obtain
the required $1,000,000.00 in insurance coverage.
If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be
enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified above. The opening
and reading of a bid shall not be construed as an acceptance of the
bidder as a qualified, responsible bidder. The City reserves the right
to determine the competence and responsibility of a bidder from its
knowledge of the bidder's qualifications or from other sources. In
the event that the City shall desire additional supporting data
regarding the qualifications of the bidder in order to determine whether
he/she or it is a qualified responsible bidder, the bidder may be
required to furnish any or all of the following information:
Evidence that the bidder is capable of commencing performance as
required by Contract;
Evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to City, that the bidder
possesses the proper equipment and personnel to perform all phases of
the work called for in the contract;
Such additional information as will satisfy the City that the bidder is
adequately prepared to fulfill the Contract.
A bid shall be deemed as having been awarded when formal notice of award
shall have been mailed by the City to the bidder. The bidder to whom
the Contract shall have been awarded will be required to execute 3
copies of a Contract furnished by the City. In case of the bidder's
refusal or failure to do so within ten (10) days after its receipt of
formal notice of award, bidder will considered to have abandoned all
rights and interests in the award.
All contractors wishing to bid on any of these services shall have in
possession a $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance or the bidder
must submit sufficient proof demonstrating the bidder's ability to
obtain the required $1,000,000.00 in insurance coverage if awarded the
contract and be able to legally register their business as a vendor with
the City of Waynesboro. Prior insurance document submissions will not
be considered for use. Businesses will be required to provide a W-9 if
not already authorized to conduct business with the City of Waynesboro.
Failure to meet any of the above instructions may result in the bid
being disqualified. The City may consider as irregular any bid not
prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof. The
City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and the
right to waive defects or irregularities in any bid received.

Invitation to Bid
For Surplus Public Works Vehicles
The City of Waynesboro, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on
thirteen (13) city vehicles and five (5) pieces of equipment that have
been declared surplus and of no need to the city. These vehicles and
equipment do not run as is and are located in the compound on Dan
Parnell Drive. Proposals will be received at Waynesboro City Hall, City
Clerk's Office, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi until 10:00
a.m., C.S.T. on Monday, March 6, 2022, at which time all bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the Bids must
be sealed and addressed to City Clerk, City of Waynesboro, 714 Wayne
Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367.
All Bids shall give the amount of each bid for the vehicle(s) or
equipment to be purchased and must be signed by the Bidder. Each Bid
must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name
of the Bidder, address, and plainly marked "Bid for Surplus City
Vehicles and Equipment". If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope
containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as
specified. The City may consider as irregular any Bid not prepared and
submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any
informalities or reject any and all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior
to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids. Any Bid received

vehicle shall have been awarded will be required to execute a Bill of

Southern Mississippi Planning & Development District (SMPDD) is
soliciting proposals for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
(WIOA) of 2014 One-Stop Operator and Career Services providers. These
proposals primarily address the employment and training needs of WIOA
participants in the Twin Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA).
SMPDD request proposals from organizations interested in being the
One-Stop Operator and provider of Career and Training programs that
fulfill the purpose and intent of the WIOA.
The Twin Districts Workforce Development Area is comprised of
twenty-four (24) Counties:
Clarke, Covington, Forrest, Greene, George, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson,
Jasper, Jeff Davis, Jones, Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Leake, Marion,
Neshoba, Newton, Pearl River, Perry, Scott, Smith, Stone, and Wayne.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is currently available on SMPDD's
website at www.smpdd.comThe submission deadline for all qualified
proposals is 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Standard Time on Thursday, March
16, 2023.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Wayne County, MS
will receive bids for the purchase of the following:
LEASE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) OR MORE SINGLE AXLE 26,000 GVW DUMP TRUCK(S).
Bids will be received by an Electronic Sealed Bidding Process
administrated by Central Bidding on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.
until 10:30 A.M. CST.
Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at
www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can
be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions related to the
electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Please include full contact information, including company name, email
address, telephone numbers and contact person in your email request.
Email requests will be filled within 24 hours of submission or
registration. Registration with Central Bidding and acceptance of the
Centrla Bidding Agreement is not optional and is required in order to
participate in this bidding event. No exceptions will be made.
Specification responses (no price) will be received until 4:00 o'clock
PM on Monday, March 27, 2023 through Central Bidding in order to be
considered for this bidding opportunity. Approved bidders will then
receive email notification of eligibility.
DO NOT INCLUDE PRICING INFORMATION WITH YOUR SPECIFICATION REQUEST. BIDS
WILL ONLY BE TAKEN ONLINE AT APPOINTED DATE AND TIME.
The lowest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the
provisions of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as
amended, and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids
received.
Wayne County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to utilize
"anit-sniping" for reverse auctions. Anti-sniping is a tool that
automatically extends the bid time for a reverse auction by five (5)
minutes if a vendor places a bid in the final five (5) minutes of the
reverse auction. The anti-sniping effort will auto extend the reverse
auction bid time any time a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes
of the reverse auction and can auto extend the reverse auction multiple
times until the bidding on the reverse auction ends.

To all owners and persons interested in the Wausau Field in Wayne
County, Mississippi, ; TAKE NOTICE that Womack Energy, Inc. has filed
a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under
Docket No. 100 -2023-D requesting the Board to approve the inactive well
status under Statewide Rule 28 for not less than one (1) year for the
following five Wells: the Dunagin 22-12 Well (API 2315300575), the
Hubbard 22-13 #1 (API # 2315320222), the Ulmer Pryor 21-16A #1 (API
# 2315300094), the Wausau Unit 28-8 #1 (API # 2315320299), the Ulmer
Pryor 21-16A #lR (API #2315320511), the Chismor 21-9 #2 Well (API
2315320291) and the Pryor 21-16 #2 Well (API 2315320301), all located
in Wausau Field, Wayne County, Mississippi.
The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th
day of March, 2023, at 500 Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, being
seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure
to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your
right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which
may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the
Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may
be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
