Justin Martin, III, Administrator.
The Petition to Determine Heirs filed against you has initiated a
civil action seeking to have Wilbur Justin Martin, III and Addison
Nicholson Martin adjudicated and decreed by this Court to be the sole
and only heirs-at-law of Nancy Martin, deceased, as fully set out in the
Petition on file.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on January 28, 2022, Bobby Ray Jeter and Nancy Jeter, husband
and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Denise McLaurin, Trustee
for the benefit of Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage which deed of
trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County,
State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 202200279; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by
instrument dated January 11, 2023 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's Office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage, the legal holder of said

TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an
Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi in the above
referenced docket requesting that the Board grant the following relief:
an exception to certain testing requirements of Statewide Rule 63 for an
enhanced recovery injection well located in West Yellow Creek Field
Unit.
Petitioner is the operator of the West Yellow Creek Field Unit Well No.
115 (the "Well"), which is located 945 feet North of the South line and
2366 feet West of the East line of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 8
West, Wayne County, Mississippi, in West Yellow Creek Field. Petitioner
seeks an exception to the otherwise applicable pressure at which a
mechanical integrity test is to be performed for the Well.
TAKE NOTICE that the above and foregoing matter will be heard at the
regular March 2023 meeting of the Board to be held at 9:00 a.m. on
March 15, 2023 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi,
39202, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and
contest said matter.
