Graveside services for William Hamilton Walker, 46, of Waynesboro, will

be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023 from Corinth Cemetery in

Waynesboro, with Rev. Norman Nowell officiating. Visitaiton will be from

9-10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023 from the Parlor of Freeman

Funeral Home.

Born in Laurel on Thursday, May 20, 1976 to William Hilton Walker, Sr.,

and Rose Marie Walker, he worked as a Truck Driver with Kelley Brothers

Contractors, Inc.

He died on Monday, Jan. 16, 2023 in Buckatunna.

He is survived by his daughter, Cierra Herrington of Millry, Ala.; four

brothers, William Hinton Walker, Jr., of Talihina, Okla., Roy Eugene

Morris of Biloxi, Edward Malone Morris of Buckatunna and Floyd Leroy

Wilson of Brewton, Ala.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Marie Walker; his father,

William Hilton Walker, Sr.; his mother, Rose Marie Walker; and two

sisters, Shelia Ann Fleming and Jacquelyn Marie Wilson.

LULA PAULINE GARDNER REYNOLDS

May 3, 1931-Jan. 14, 2023

Graveside services for Lula Pauline Gardner Reynolds, 91, of State Line,

were conducted on Monday, Jan. 16, 2023 from State Line Cemetery with

her lifetime friend, Dr. Aubrey Keith Lucas, and Rev. Glen Bynum

officiating.

Born in Wayne County on Sunday, May 3, 1931 to Jim and Early Mae

Gardner, she was a member of Eret Baptist Church. She had worked in the

Public School System for a number of years.

She died peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 at Comfort Care Nursing

Home in Laurel, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Alan Bradley of

Laurel; her daughter-in-law, Dorcus Reynolds of Waynesboro; four

grandchildren and their respective spouses, Cory and Tasha Reynolds of

Petal, Adam and Heather Reynolds of Petal, Kayla and Bret Farris of

Hattiesburg and Lauren and Reyn Clark of Laurel; seven

great-grandchildren, Kyndal Reynolds, Cooper Reynolds, Evan Reynolds,

Emma Reynolds, Elizabeth Farris, Samantha Farris and Cole Clark; and a

special friend, Althea Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Reynolds; her parents,

Jim Gardner and Early Mae Gardner; a son, Clyde Reynolds; and nine

brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers were Cory Reynolds, Adam Reynolds, Bret Farris, Reyn Clark,

Larry Gardner and Roger Gardner. Honorary pallbearers were Don Lucas,

Logan Lucas and Jerry K. Smith.

RONNIE EARL COOLEY

May 16, 1955-Jan. 10, 2023

Funeral services for Ronnie Earl Cooley, 67, of Clara, were conducted on

Friday, Jan. 13, 2023 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home, with Rev.

David Tennyson and Rev. Arnold Amason officiating.

Interment followed at White House Cemetery.

Born in Waynesboro on Monday, May 16, 1955 to Roy Cooley and Christine

Moseley Cooley, he was a member of Clara Church of God. He had worked as

a Millwright Supervisor with Scotch Plywood. He also served in the

Mississippi Army National Guard.

He died on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023 at his residence.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rhonda Cooley of Clara;

two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jason and Hillary Cooley of Buckatunna

and Jacob Cooley of Clara; his daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and

Brandon Davis of Hurley; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Brenda

Singleton, Sue and Jimmy Atchison and Diane Cooley, all of Waynesboro;

and five grandchildren, Tristan Cooley, Ethan Cooley, Jaiden Cooley, Lex

Davis and Dakota Davis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Cooley; his mother,

Christine Cooley Tae; and his stepfather, James Tate.
