Funeral services for Geneva T. Nickleson, 102, will be at 2 p.m. on

Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 from Zion Chapel AME Church in Millry, Ala.

Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, followed by a

wake from 5-7:30 p.m. from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home, followed

by a visitation from 1-2 p.m. at the church.

Following the funeral service, interment will take place at New Jordan

Cemetery in Millry.

Born on Nov. 17, 1919, she was a retired employee with the Mississippi

Forestry Commission.

She died on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral services for Rev. Robert L. Howard, 68, of Waynesboro, will be

at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 from St. Luke UM Church in

Matherville, with Rev. Mack Chambers officiating. Visitation will be

from 2-6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022 from the Chapel of Turner Funeral

Home.

Following the funeral service, interment will take place at Mt. Levy

Cemetery.

Born on Jan. 15, 1954, he was a Minister.

He died on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022 in Waynesboro.

He is survived by his son, Maurice; two daughters, Teresa and Jenny; his

brother, Jimmy Howard; his sister, Nettie Howard; eight grandchildren

and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and three brothers.

Sept. 30, 1936-Oct. 21, 2022

Funeral services for Nancy Mae Adams, 86, of Shubuta, will be at 11 a.m.

on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 from Mt. Levy UM Church, with REv. Willie

Kinslow and Rev. Marjorie Walker officiating. Visitation will be from

10-11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 from Mt. Levy UM Church.

Following the funeral service, interment will take place in the church

cemetery.

Born on Sept. 30, 1936, she was a retired Custodian with Illinois Bell.

She died on Friday, Oct. 21, 2022 at Wisteria Manor in Shubuta.

She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and all of he siblings.

Funeral services for Spencer Bivens, Sr., 88, of State Line, were

conducted on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022 from Fruitdale, Ala., with Minister

Patrick Boykin officiating.

Interment followed at Yellow Pine Cemetery in Yellow Pine, Ala.

Bonr on Nov. 3, 1933, she died on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 at Wayne General

Hospital.

He is survived by his spouse, Lee Myrtis Bivens; his son, Spencer

Bivens, Jr.; two daughters, Mechelle Bivens and Melissa Bivens; his

mother, Essie Bivens; his father, Sip Bivens; a sister, Mattie Pearl

Hill; a brother, L.J. Spotts; nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren

and a great-great-grandchild.

OMEGA GRAY-DAVIS

Feb. 23, 1945-Oct. 14, 2022

Funeral services for Omega Gray-Davis, 77, of Waynesboro, were conducted

on THursday, Oct. 20, 2022 from Pineville Missionary Baptist Church,

with Rev. Samuel Newton officiating.

Interment followed at the church cemetery.

Born on Feb. 23, 1945, she was a former Laborer with Wells-Lamont Corp.

and served as a Deaconess, Choir Member and a Mission Society Member at

Pineville Missionary Baptist Church.

She died on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 in Saucier.

She is survived by her spouse, Jessie Lee Davis; three sons and

daughters-in-law, Kenneth Maurice and Gloria Davis of Saucier, Kevin

Lydell and Eugenia Davis of Harker Heights, Texas, and Marion Neil and

Wedni Davis of Waynesboro; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and

Nathaniel Howard of Waynesboro; three sisters and a brother-in-law,

Girtha Chambers of Waynesboro, Merlean and Charles Pugh of Chillum, Md.,

and Mae Velma McCarty of Shubuta; 14 grandchildren, nine

great-grandchildren a goddaughter and her spouse, Stephanie and Fried

Daniels of Waynesboro, a god-granddaughter and two

great-god-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and five

brothers.
