Sept. 8, 1939-June 17, 2022

Funeral services for Leuneil Young, 82, of State Line, were conducted on

Sunday, June 19, 2022 from State Line United Methodist Church, with Rev.

Dr. Victor R. Chatham officiating.

Interment followed at State Line Cemetery.

Born in State Line on Friday, Sept. 8, 1939 to the late Harry and

Mildred Webb. She was a member of State Line United Methodist Church.

She died on Friday, June 17, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her

loving family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Hermon Young; two

sons and daughters-in-law, Perry and Angie Young and Mike and Debbie

Young, all of State Line; a daughter and son-in-law, Janey and Steve

Kittrell of State Line; six grandchildren and their respective spouses,

Adam and Maggie Kittrell of State Line, Alecia and Nick Campo of

Hattiesburg, Kady and Chaz Crane of Chicora, Justin Young of State Line,

Jason Young of State Line and Erica and Sammy Ray of Peal; and 11

great-grandchildren, Mia, Mason, Reed, Chancey, Colt, Drew, Nevaeh,

Avery, Milli, Gavin and Kennedy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Mildred Webb.

Pallbearers were Adam Kittrell, Justin Young, Jason Young, Chaz Crane,

Nick Campo and Tyler Ladd. Honorary pallbearers were Mason Kittrell,

Reed Crane, Chancey Kittrell, Colt Campos, Drew Young and Sammy Ray.

EDWARD MALONE

June 10, 1932-June 14, 2022

Funeral services for Edward Malone, 90, of Waynesboro, were conducted on

Saturday, June 18, 2022 from Lee's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in

Waynesboro, with Rev. Tommy Davis and Rev. Tedlen Pittman officiating.

Interment followed at Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro.

Born in Waynesboro on Friday, June 10, 1932 to the late Jessie and

Zelline Malone, he served in the United States Army National Guard. He

was a member of Lee's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. He was retired

from the oil field, where he helped with the construction of oil rigs as

an Equipment Operator.

He died on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Wayne General Hospital in

Waynesboro.

He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Edward and

Jewel Malone, Jessie Carl and Teresa Malone, al of Waynesboro, and

Darrell and Kimberly Malone of Crystal Springs; three daughters and two

sons-in-law, Priscilla and Peanut Davis and Amy Malone, all of

Waynesboro, and Greta and Charlie Dailey of Buckatunna; his brother,

J.W. Malone of Waynesboro; five sisters, Sallie Mae Holifield of

Raymond, Zelline Williams of Waynesboro, Jessie Mae Welford of

Hattiesburg, Grady Sue Jones of Buckatunna and Linda Sue Wilson of Azle,

Texas; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Bell Malone; his parents,

Jessie and Zelline Malone; a son, Jerry Malone; and two brothers, Leroy

Malone and G.W. Malone.

KENDALL CLARK

March 17, 1966-June 11, 2022

Funeral services for Kendall Clark, 56, of Petal, were conducted on

Friday, June 17, 2022 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home, with Rev.

Hoyt Clark officiating.

Interment followed in Fedora Cemetery in Waynesboro.

Born in Gulfport on Thursday, March 17, 1966 to Nolan Clark and Beverly

Rae Clark, he worked as a Truck Driver.

He died on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at his residence in Petal.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Rae Clark of Purvis; three sons

and two daughters-in-law, Garrett Clark of Petal, Nolan Chance and

Brittany Clark and Dalton Wade and Kendra Clark, all of Clara; two

daughters, Olivia Clark of Petal and Laken Howell of Atlanta, Ga.; three

sisters, Tina Clark of Atlanta, Ginger Gardner of Waynesboro and Sherry

Hamilton of Grove Hill, Ala.; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Nolan Clark; his sister, Toni

Hemeter; and his grandparents, Toledo Walley and Kenneth Ray Hoadley.
