SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on October 31, 2014, Antonius Nelson and Monica Nelson, husband

and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Scott Everett, Trustee for

the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as

beneficiary, as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. d/b/a Supreme

Lending, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in

the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of Mississippi

in Instrument No. 201404348; and

WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by

instrument dated March 30, 2022 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery

Clerk's Office in Instrument No. 202201075; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said

deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared

to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of

trust, MidFirst Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having

requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and

sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of

trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together

with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LLG MS LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of

trust, will on June 2, 2022 offer for sale at public outcry and sell

right-of-way of Old Highway 145, point being 49.30 feet perpendicular to

the centerline of said road; thence run along the Southerly right-of-way

South 65 degrees 14 minutes 07 seconds East 167.82 feet to a point that

is on the South right-of-way of said road; thence continue along said

right-of-way around a curve to the right having a radius of 3024.77

feet, an arc length of 462.61 feet, a chord bearing of South 59 degrees

15 minutes 52 seconds East and a chord length of 462.16 feet back to the

point of beginning. Parcel contains 4.12 acres, more or less, and is

located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 9 North,

Range 7 West, Wayne County, Mississippi, LESS AND EXCEPT, a parcel

described as commencing from the Northwest corner of the NE1/4 of

and run East 961.29 feet to a point; thence run South 942.10 feet to a

1/2 inch rebar on the South right of way of Old Highway 145, point being

seconds East 322.97 feet to a PK nail in an asphalt driveway on the

South right of way of Old Highway 145, point being 48.18 feet

perpendicular to the centerline of said road; thence run along the right

of way of said road along a curve to the right having a radius of

3024.77 feet, an arc length of 278.14 feet, a chord bearing of South 57

degrees 30 minutes 52 seconds East and a chord length of 278.04 feet

back to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 1.31 acres, more or

are soliciting sealed bids from banking establishments in Wayne and

Clarke County. The bids are for the privilege of being a depository for

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of

Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FOR CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Town of Buckatunna requests Statement of Qualification from

qualified firms or individuals to provide Consultant engineering

services for work related to planning, engineering, and implementation

of water, sewer and/or other infrastructure projects with funding from

the American Rescue Plan Act and/or other Federal and State funding.

You are invited to submit Statement of Qualifications, in accordance

with the Request for Qualifications to the Town of Buckatunna, located

on June 7, 2022. The Consultant Engineer will be responsible for

performing all Buckatunna Water Works planning, engineering and

to provide services. The Town of Buckatunna will evaluate each

Statement of Qualification. The Town of Buckatunna reserves the right

to reject and/or all Statement of Qualification. The Town of Buckatunna

will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm whose

Statement of Qualification has the highest number of cumulative points

issued by the selection committee and determined to be the most

advantageous to the Town of Buckatunna and other factors considered.

The Wayne County Board of Supervisors, requests proposals from qualified

firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to

the implementation of approved FY 2022 Community Development Block Grant

(CDBG) project(s). You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance

with this request, by mail or hand delivery to office of the Wayne

County Board of Supervisors; Attn: Holley Lewis, Comptroller, at 609

Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367-2616, no later than 10:00

a.m. June 23rd, 2022.

The Engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services

through project closeout in accordance with federal, state and local

law, regulations and policies. The scope of work includes but is not

limited to the following: l) prepare preliminary engineering report and

cost estimates for proposed CDBG applications, 2) prepare plans and

specifications, 3) distribute bid documents, 4) assist in bid opening

and prepare bid tabulation, 5) assist in the execution of construction

contracts, 6) hold pre-construction conference, and 7) perform

construction inspection including periodic reports to the County and

approve all payment requests.

Additionally, the selected firm or individual must comply with Section 3

following language: '-Proposal for CDBG Engineering Services." Proposals

will be evaluated on the following factors: Qualifications (40 points),

Experience (40 points), and Capacity for Performance (20 points). To be

evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail:

Qualifications List of qualifications of persons to be assigned to

project, Experience - Information regarding the firm's experience and

the projects previously undertaken, Capacity for Performance - Identify

the number and title of staff assigned to provide services.

The County will designate a selection committee to evaluate each

proposal. The selection committee may hold proposals for a period of up

to thirty (30) days for the purpose of reviewing and investigating the

proposals' content. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or

all proposals.

Subject to CDBG award(s) and the removal of all environmental

conditions, the County will award a contract with the qualified firm or

individual whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points

and determined to be the most advantageous to the County, price and

other factors considered. The contract will include scope and extent of

work and other essential requirements. An individual contract will be

executed for each awarded project, and the contract will be on a fixed

price basis in accordance with the established CDBG program fee scale.

The County has the authority to terminate the selection at any time.
