The Chairman and Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District

are soliciting sealed bids from banking establishments in Wayne and

Clarke County. The bids are for the privilege of being a depository for

the funds of the District. The term will be for one year. All bids

TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC has filed a Petition with

the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi in the above-referenced

docket requesting that the Board grant the following relief: determine

and approve a maximum surface injection pressure ("MSIP") for each of

the salt water disposal wells that are identified and listed in Exhibit

1 hereto, and grant such other relief as set forth in the Petition.
