Funeral services for Eva A. Mozingo, 76, of Waynesboro, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home, with Elder P.J. Walters and Dr. Frankie Clark officiating. Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 from the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home.

Following the funeral service, interment will take place at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born on Aug. 19, 1939 in Simpson County, she was a homemaker. She died on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, James A. Mozingo of Waynesboro; a son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Lynn Mozingo of Waynesboro; a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Robert S. Brannon of McLain; two brothers, Albert F. Ainsworth of Magee and Jacob B. Ainsworth of Mississippi; two sisters, Sallie A. Simmons of Columbus and Julia Ann Ainsworth of Meridian; and two grandchildren, Jessica and Christen Mozingo of Waynesboro.

Feb. 15, 1951-Aug. 23, 2015
Graveside services for Gloria Jean Thames, 64, of Buckatunna will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 from Lewis Chapel Cemetery, with Rev. John Brown officiating.

Born on Thursday, Feb. 15, 1951 in Waynesboro, she was a member of Lewis Chapel Southern Methodist Church and had worked as a clerk with Stanley Discount Drugs. She died on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Thames of Buckatunna; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Thomas and Patsy Andrew of Buckatunna and Harvey and Aliece Revette of Clara; and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Ruby and Willie Ray Brewer of Clara and Mary Helen Posey of New Augusta.
